Hi, I’m Stef!

I discovered my passion for research while working as a UX designer, which naturally led me to pursue a career in UX research. Over the past six years working in user experience, I’ve gained experience across industries including retail, technology, education, and finance, refining my ability to uncover deep user insights that drive intuitive, data-informed design solutions. My interest in research stems from a fascination with human psychology—understanding why people make the decisions they do—and how thoughtful design can improve those experiences.

I specialize in combining qualitative and quantitative research to enhance usability and align with business goals. My expertise includes conducting end-to-end usability studies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring designers to democratize research practices. I have a proven track record of improving usability, increasing engagement metrics, and delivering seamless, impactful digital experiences for global brands. I’m also passionate about continuous learning and plan to pursue a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction with a psychology focus.

When I’m not researching, you can find me exploring the mountains with my dog, Finn. I love backcountry skiing, mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and camping. When I’m home, I enjoy reading by the fireplace, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.

The very basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
